When
sending artwork for
VINYL (Spot Colour) Signs,
the following file types are accepted. They are listed
in order of preference.
- Photoshop
or EPS
- TIFF
(PC)
- PSD
(Photoshop file)
- Windows
Metafile or DXF
When
sending art work for
Digitally Printed (4 - Colour) Signs,
Please provide artwork that will be equivalent to
or greater than 150 dpi at final output size. I.E.,
if the final output size of your print is 36"
X 18" and you send a file which 18" X 9",
the resolution must be 300 dpi. The output dpi may
vary a according to usage of the sign. The 150 dpi
stipulation is merely a general guideline for relatively
crisp prints.
- The
following acceptable file types are listed in order
of preference:
- TIFF
- EPS
- PSD
- BMP
- Illustrator
EPS
- JPG/GIF
(Last resort)
Note:
We do not have Adobe Illustrator, freehand or Quark
Express.
Please do not send Micosoft Word documents, as Word
documents are not able to produce high-end graphic
output. We can work with them in when all other options
have been exhausted, but we prefer not to. Additional
charges always incurred when we do.
